Don’t default to multi-tasking as a norm. Usually doing two things at once does neither of them truly well, driving and texting being just one current examples. Multi-tasking really isn’t an example of efficiency, but rather of mania. We have time to separately talk on the phone, finish a letter, and eat our breakfast.

Mindset: Computers are built to multi-task because there is no quality of life involved in their being. You are not meant to multi-task because the quality of your life and efforts is all that matters.
