Increase your coaching. Whether formal or informal, increase the numbers of people you teach, coach, and/or counsel. We learn most by helping others in areas in which we are expert and excel, and in which we can continue to get better. Every time I play Frisbee with the dog, he becomes a better catcher but I also become a better thrower.
Mindset: The more I have to explain how to do something, the more I have to understand it myself, and the more you practice, the more I practice.
