Practice egalitarianism. Treat everyone with manners and civility. Say “thank you” when the busser fills your water gas, or when the doorman opens the door. Don’t reserve appreciation only for the “important,” because behaviors are consistent and are build by repetition. Learn to be generous and kind and you’ll feel better about yourself.
