Articulate your value to others. What is it you’re excellent at providing, how do you best help, why do others come to you for assistance? If you can identify and “admit” to these positive traits, you’ll be able to achieve comfort in your ability to be of value to others. But first, you have to “convince” yourself.
Mindset: Everyone is a “coach.” We’ve all be asked to help others, have done so, and achieved positive results. You don’t need special training to have the heart and intent to provide value to others.
